Fixed frameless structural glass units were installed surrounding the ground level to the front of the home creating fully glazed walls of glass.
This allows for optimum light into the living spaces whilst providing incredible views of the perfectly landscaped gardens. The first-floor level features a stunning contemporary design with structural glazing.
The units were finished with frosted glass to allow light to pass through whilst keeping an element of privacy.
Aluminium casement windows and doors were also installed onto the new build.
The aluminium doors were incorporated into the back of the property providing access to the garden.
The aluminium doors have been designed into the walls of frameless structural glazing for a continuous minimal design aesthetic.
Aluminium casement windows have been incorporated into the large oriel box windows to the ground floor bedrooms providing ventilation.
Juliette balconies were created the master suite on the upper floor, enabling a continuous design of minimal windows and for the all-important ventilation.
This was created using frameless glass balustrades integrated into the framing of the sliding glass doors.
Walk on glass floor-lights were also installed externally to provide natural light into the lower ground floor. These floor lights have been manufactured with a sandblasted finish to provide privacy to the spaces as well as an anti-slip finish to prevent any injuries.
