This 6-storey building located in the Harley Street Conservation Area of London, underwent a large renovation to transform the building from offices into four luxury flats. In the 1970s this building had been converted into offices and extended to the rear, however during this conversion the extension was demolished but the substructure and the original spiral staircase were kept and adapted to suit the new copper-clad extension.
To the ground floor flat, a large 6-pane corner opening minimal windows® sliding door configuration was installed to provide a seamless transition between the modern indoor and outdoor living spaces. The flush base track of this system allows for a seamless transition between the two environments, resulting in an elegant indoor-outdoor living space.
