The project included a complete internal renovation as well as a rear extension and basement renovation. IQ’s minimally framed sliding glass doors were used across the whole rear face of the ground floor renovation and connected down into the basement for a double height glass façade and lightwell to the basement area.
Frameless glass balustrades surround the void both inside and outside and a structural glass rooflight above the stairwell allows for maximum natural light into the previous dark basement space
