IQ Glass UK designed and installed these oversized glass sliding doors to a contemporary rear extension in Worcestershire.
The sliding doors used were the high performing minimal windows 4+ with each sliding panel on the front elevation at around 10m2 each.
The minimal windows 4+ system carry a triple glazed unit and this installation has an average Uw value of 0.8 W/m2K overall which is a fantastic level of thermal efficiency.
These extra large glass sliding doors move away from each corner, creating a completely open corner section on the east corner. The brilliant finishing on this project gives a completely step free, flush floor finish across all sliding tracks towards the large open garden.
