My Client in SW London recently ordered a large horizontal sliding window from IQ glass. Mark's team answered my Client's queries and specification with patience and perseverance as we had quite specific requirements. They attended site on the days agreed for the survey and the one day installation and with Razvan available to sweep up some final bits and pieces/ snagging the installation was satisfactorily completed. Of special note is that the window frame fitted with a very accurate 5 mm tolerance to each jamb which gave a very neat and tidy silicon joint.

First impressions are excellent, and it feels very professional - you certainly get the ‘wow’ factor as you arrive in the car park. It is great to see all your products on show, and ‘active’ – being able to see those large entrance windows open and move, to stand in the glass box, and to get up close to the roof lights and other displays is really good. You can see and feel the quality of the product. Your innovation comes through too.

I loved the suspended glass box, and how you have presented the roof lights – being able to lower the unit to see it from all angles is brilliant.

Our Architect shortlisted IQ glass from a list of 5 suppliers. This decision was primarily based on cost but after we started getting into detail, IQ soon became not only the best value but also provided the best product and finish (sightlines, frames etc are practically minimal). They actually installed our windows and doors (on a large ish project totalling 55k), 2 weeks in advance of the date they had provided when we signed off on the drawings 4 months prior. This was to our surprise as lots of suppliers who were involved in the build had long delays. IQ essentially allowed us to get watertight on time and keep the project to the program. We were sceptical using them as the project is based on the Isle of Skye in Scotland and IQ’s main operations appeared to be south of the boarder, but this did not represent an issue and communication was very good. The install team were a little temperamental but mostly professional and very accommodating. They could also meet all the SER requirements needed for Scottish building regs which is a difficult box to tick. There were also some teething issues post install which IQ rectified quickly. All in all, there are some negative reviews on here which does make you think twice, but IQ fully delivered on their quote, final product, and dates. We dealt mostly with a chap called Jake and he was excellent throughout. I genuinely wouldn’t hesitate using them again for any complex project that requires some expertise. Thanks again

Spent the day yesterday at the amazing IQ Glass showroom. We will hopefully be working with them on a new project in North London where the project will require a lot of bespoke and specialist glazing. While I was there I had the chance to walk inside their floating boardroom, a totally surreal experience. It has a glass floor and glass walls and is suspended high above the ground floor.
